Sandra Musial, MD

Sandra Musial, MD is a Food Is Medicine physician focused on preventing and reversing lifestyle-related chronic disease through whole, plant-based nutrition. She is the co-founder of Plant Docs, a nonprofit dedicated to physician-led nutrition education and practical lifestyle interventions.

Dr. Musial is triple board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obesity Medicine, with advanced training in plant-based nutrition and culinary coaching. Through Plant Docs, she leads evidence-based programs and Food Is Medicine cooking classes that have demonstrated improvements in metabolic health markers.

Ashley Grant, RD

Ashley Grant is a registered and licensed dietitian with dual degrees in Nutrition & Dietetics and Psychology. She supports clients in moving away from restrictive eating, rebuilding body trust, and achieving sustainable food freedom through every stage of life—from disease prevention to pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and menopause.

Ashley also works with patients using GLP-1 medications, helping them manage side effects, maintain proper nourishment, and develop realistic, sustainable habits that support long-term weight maintenance and overall health beyond medication use.

Erin Sharaf, MA, PA-C

Erin Sharaf, MA, PA-C, is a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher through the Mindfulness Center at Brown and is qualified to teach several mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

As a certified physician assistant, Erin worked in primary care, urology, and integrative health after graduating from the Physician Associate Program at Yale University School of Medicine. She has a strong interest in the mind–body connection as a pathway to healing, peace, and empowerment.

Erin holds a master’s degree in Integrative Medicine and is a former professor of health sciences and Director of Clinical Education at the Northeastern PA Program. She has been facilitating mindfulness groups in a variety of settings since 2009 and is currently an instructor with UMass Memorial Health’s Center for Mindfulness.

Erin is passionate about empowering individuals to tap into their own innate power, wisdom, and vitality.
